Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the fragrance decants in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
